It depends on the condition of the item. While we use professional cleaning processes to treat stains, mould and odours, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. The outcome depends on factors such as the severity of the stain or damage, how long it has been present, and the condition and type of fabric.

If an item is heavily soiled or has pre-existing damage, we will use the most appropriate professional cleaning method based on its condition. However, complete restoration cannot be guaranteed. Pre-existing stains, discolouration, wear and tear, or fabric damage may remain visible after cleaning.

Yes. Please remove any removable pillow or bolster covers before sending them for cleaning. The combo service is intended for cleaning the inner pillow or bolster. If you would like the covers cleaned as well, they will be treated as separate bedding items.
