Subscription Plan Basics
What is included in the monthly subscription plan?
- Our subscription plan covers all machine-washable garments and towels that are safe for tumble drying. To prevent color bleeding, please ensure items sent are colorfast.
- Doorstep pickup and delivery are included in every package for your ultimate convenience!
What items are included?
- You can include any machine-washable garments and towels that are safe for tumble drying. Non-garment items like bedsheets and comforters are not included in the subscription plans.
Is there a weight limit for the Plans?
- All plans have a 7kg weight limit per pickup. This applies to the Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Tri-Weekly Plans. Exceeding the limit will incur a small surcharge of RM7 per additional kg.
Pickup & Delivery Scheduling
How does the pickup and delivery process work?
- Simply schedule a pickup timeslot that suits you! Our team collects, cleans, and returns your laundry to your doorstep within the specified delivery timeslot.
How is the pickup and delivery schedule set?
- Weekly Plan: Pickup and delivery occur once a week on a day of your choice. Example: If you select Monday, we’ll pick up your dirty laundry on that Monday and return it cleaned the following Monday.
- Bi-Weekly Plan: Pickup and delivery occur twice a week, based on the days you choose.
- First Pickup Day: We pick up on your first chosen day and return your cleaned laundry on your second chosen day.
- Second Pickup Day: If you provide dirty laundry on the second day, it will be returned on the first scheduled day of the following week. Example: Choosing Mondays and Thursdays means laundry picked up on Monday is returned on Thursday, and Thursday's laundry is returned the next Monday.
- Tri-Weekly Plan: Pickup and delivery occur three times a week, on any three days you select.
- First Pickup Day: We collect your dirty laundry on the first day and deliver it on the second.
- Second Pickup Day: Laundry collected on the second day is delivered on the third.
- Third Pickup Day: Any laundry collected on the third day is returned on the first day of the following week. Example: Choosing Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays means Monday’s laundry is returned on Wednesday, Wednesday’s on Friday, and Friday’s on Monday.
Plan Flexibility & Additional Services
Can I change or cancel my subscription plan anytime?
- Yes, our plans are flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with no extra fees. Just update your preference 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
Is there a commitment period for the subscription plans?
- No long-term commitment is required! Our plans renew monthly, so you can cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit.
Are there any additional charges if I exceed my plan’s weight limit?
- Yes, for any weight over the plan’s limit, there’s a small surcharge of RM7 per kg.
What happens if I have delicate or specialty items?
- You can include delicate or specialty items, like suits or silk fabrics, for an additional fee. Just inform our team at pickup, so we can provide the appropriate care.
Can I reschedule my pickup or delivery time?
- Absolutely! You can reschedule the time with at least 24 hours’ notice through our app or by contacting our friendly customer service team.

What if I’m not home during pickup or delivery?
- No problem! We offer a "no-contact" option where you can leave your laundry in a safe place for us to collect, and we’ll return it to the same spot.
